Who can enter?

Only Australian residents who are aged 18 or over.

Who can't enter?

Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, of the Participating Stores or of the agencies or organisations associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manger, employee, officer or contractor.

Where will the competition run?

The competition will run in Woolworths stores which stock participating products (Participating Stores) in Australia.

The Participating Stores include the online store at www.woolworths.com.au.

3 or more PHILADELPHIA products in one transaction from a Participating Store.

Claim instructions

To claim your prize, you must during the Competition Period after making a Qualifying Purchase from a Participating Store and collecting your itemised purchase receipt:

  1. visit the Website; and
  2. locate the claim page and fill out and submit the online claim form, including uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt, and providing all other requested information.

You will be instantly notified as to what prize you have provisionally won.

Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the products purchased (which must comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your claim).

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting a claim, including having the requisite photograph capability.

How are prizes awarded?

All valid claims will win a prize.

Prizes will be awarded during the Competition Period via a random computerised drawing system at Immediate, 191 Ferrars Street, Southbank VIC 3006.

You will get a return on-screen message acknowledging your claim and informing you of which prize you have provisionally won.

What can I win?

Once you have been verified as a valid entrant, you will be sent your prize via email in accordance with the details provided in your entry.

Total prize pool

Depending on the number of entrants, the total prize pool is expected to exceed $200,000.

How many times can I enter?

You can enter once per day, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per receipt. Each claim must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

How and when will the winner/s be informed?

You will be instantly notified on-screen as to what prize you have provisionally won. Within two days of submitting your claim, you will receive an email confirming whether your claim has been deemed valid, and if your claim has been deemed valid, a link to your Woolworths e-Gift Card.

If your claim is deemed invalid the claimant will receive an email notifying them that their claim is invalid, reasons why (such as, but not limited to, the purchase receipt provided being unclear) and, if applicable, next steps. The claimant will then have three days from the date of the email to provide the requested information to the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any claims if the claimant has failed to provide the further requested information.

Proof of purchase

You must keep the original itemised purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase for all entries.
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.

Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you at the time of making your claim.

If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.

Verification Requirements

Entrants may be required to:

  1. provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency to verify their entry (Proof of Identity). Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion; and
  2. send their proof of purchase (for all entries submitted during the Entry Period) to the Promoter on request to verify that the relevant prize should be awarded.

If an entrant/winner fails to provide Proof of Identity and/or proof of purchase by the time and date stipulated by the Promoter, their entry will be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.


Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.

The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand, Switzerland, Singapore, United Kingdom and the United States of America.

If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging.

  1. how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and
  2. how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.

Claim

  1. Your claim must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. If you return any component/s of a Qualifying Purchase, your claim may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with claiming. If you claim using automatically generated claims or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.

Prizes

  1. Woolworths E-Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by Woolworths Supermarkets. Refer to www.giftcards.woolworths.com.au for Woolworths Supermarkets Gift Card terms and conditions.

General

  1. If you or your claim are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions, your claim (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your claims) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your claims (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
  2. You must not:
    1. tamper with the claim process;
    2. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;
    3. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
    4. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition;
    5. breach any law; or
    6. behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
  3. The Promoter is not liable for claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
  4. The Promoter's decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
  5. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
  6. Printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter's control will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Every prize claim in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions.
  7. If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected claims/claimants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.

Liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  2. Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury(including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
  3. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant). Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.
  4. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
